Order and Delivery Processes
When will my order be shipped?
After your jewelry's final quality control and international certification processes are completed, your orders are typically handed over to insured shipping within 3 business days. For personalized designs requiring special molds, different metal colors, or custom names, this period may vary according to our workshop's craftsmanship requirements; the detailed timeframe is specified on the product page.
Is the shipping process truly secure?
Absolutely. From the moment your order leaves our workshop in Nuruosmaniye, it is 100% insured under the complete guarantee of INZA Diamond. No risks incurred during transport are passed on to our customers, and your package arrives at your door with the highest level of security.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
Deliveries of valuable jewelry follow a different procedure than standard shipping. For security reasons, your package will not be left with a neighbor or security guard. It will only be delivered to the person who placed the order, upon presentation of identification and confirmation of a special security code sent via SMS. If you are not at home, delivery will be rearranged.

Are your diamonds internationally certified?
The selected diamonds in our collection are delivered to you with internationally recognized certificates approved by the world's most prestigious independent gemological laboratories, GIA or HRD, according to their carat weight and technical specifications.
Are your diamonds sourced ethically?
Sustainability and ethical values are fundamental principles of INZA Diamond. All our stones are sourced 100% in compliance with the international Kimberley Process certification system, which guarantees that they are obtained from conflict-free zones, and only from reliable and legal sources.
Do you offer bespoke (custom) design services?
Yes. We accept custom orders to bring your dream unique design to life. Through consultations with our expert designers via "Video Appointment" or a showroom visit, we can create a one-of-a-kind INZA jewelry piece that is entirely yours.

Warranty and Jewelry Care
Are your jewelry pieces under warranty?
All our creations bearing the INZA signature are covered by a lifetime warranty, honoring our promise of flawless craftsmanship. However, for this warranty to remain valid, maintenance, resizing, or repair services for your jewelry must only be performed by INZA workshops. Products that have been intervened by other institutions will be excluded from the warranty.
What should I do to maintain my diamond's original sparkle?
Although diamonds are the hardest mineral in nature, their surfaces can become dull from daily use due to cosmetic products (perfume, lotion) and oils. We recommend keeping your jewelry away from chemicals. You can take advantage of our professional ultrasonic cleaning service, available at INZA workshops, anytime to restore its sparkle.

Is shopping on your website secure?
Your payment security is our highest priority. Our website is protected by international standard 256-Bit SSL encryption technology. Your credit card information entered during the payment process is never stored on our systems and is directly transmitted to your bank's secure infrastructure.
Do you offer installment payments or bank transfer/EFT options?
Yes, you can take advantage of the installment options available on our secure payment page for all credit cards with which we have agreements. Additionally, by selecting the "Bank Transfer/EFT" option at the payment step, you can make a direct transfer to our bank account details and benefit from special advantages offered for bank transfers.
